An all-new model for 2009, the 2010 Nissan Cube increases its list of standard and optional features, and adds a new trim line. Bluetooth connectivity, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, iPod interface, RDS and speed-sensitive volume control are now standard on all models, and two additional speakers bring the total to six.
The new Krōm Edition includes exclusive upper and lower front grilles, unique fascias and body side sills, roof spoiler, unique 16-inch alloy wheels, and custom interior with exclusive black and grey seats and upgraded features package.
All Cube models use a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine. The S trim line uses a six-speed manual transmission or optional Xtronic CVT. The SL and Krōm use the CVT exclusively.
Features on the S include 15-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel with audio controls, tire pressure monitoring system, heated mirrors, privacy glass, variable intermittent wipers, fixed intermittent rear wiper, cloth seats, six-way manual driver’s adjustment, 60/40 split-folding second-row seat with fold-down armrest, CD/MP3 stereo, iPod interface, Bluetooth connectivity, vanity mirrors, auto up/down driver’s window, power locks with keyless entry, cruise control, active front head restraints, and vehicle security system.
The SL adds 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic temperature control, automatic headlamps, fog lights, and Intelligent Key with pushbutton start.
The Krōm adds integrated body kit, rear roof spoiler, black and grey cloth seats, upgraded speaker system with Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, rearview monitor, 4.3-inch colour audio display, USB port, 20-colour interior accent lighting, aluminum-trimmed pedals, and titanium-look shifter knob and A/C bezels.
The SL can also be equipped with a Technology Package of 4.3-inch colour audio display, USB port, rearview monitor, upgraded speaker system with Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and XM satellite radio (subscription required).
