2010 Audi R8

For 2010, the Audi R8 undergoes only trim changes. A new "Carbon Sigma" package, available on both the 4.2 and 5.2 models, adds carbon fibre interior trim, door sills and exterior mirrors, while the 4.2 adds optional LED headlights and new available wheels.
The R8 is available as the 4.2 FSI, with 4.2-litre V8, and as the 5.2 FSI, with 5.2-litre V10. Both use a six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed R tronic sequential automatic with wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Both use rear-biased Quattro all-wheel drive. The V8 accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, while the V10 takes 3.9 seconds. Top speed for the V8 is 301 km/h, while the V10 goes to 316 km/h.
Features on the 4.2 FSI include 19-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, Servotronic speed-sensitive steering, rain- and speed-sensitive wipers, tire pressure monitor, LED daytime running lights and engine compartment lights, bi-xenon headlamps, ultrasonic interior monitoring system, cruise control, Intelligent Key, heated mirrors, Audi Magnetic Ride, heated washer nozzles, power heated Alcantara and leather seats with lumbar support, carpet floor mats, locking illuminated glovebox, multi-function three-spoke leather-wrapped wheel, CD "Concert" stereo with auxiliary input and Sirius satellite radio, and monochrome trip computer.
The 5.2 FSI adds LED headlights, garage door opener, Bluetooth connectivity, DVD-based navigation system, hill start assist, advanced parking system with rearview camera, Nappa leather seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass, and Bang & Olufsen sound system.
